Rezi 35 @ Geylang By KSH Holdings and TEE Land

Rezi 35 Condo is jointly developed by KSH Holdings and TEE Realty. The Geylang site of approximately 1,115 square metres was acquired at about S$20 million on 11 July 2016. The developer intends to developer a residential block of limited 44 units with roof-top terrace and swimming pool.
