Northwave EC is developed by Hao Yuan Pte Ltd

The tender for an Executive Condominium Housing development at Woodlands has been awarded to Hao Yuan Investment Pte Ltd on Feb 23.

12,388.3 sqm site on a 99-year lease was awarded at the tender price of $103.79 million. It is expected to yield 390 units when completed, according to a press release.

The Housing Development Board (HDB) launched the land parcel at Woodlands Ave 12 for tender on Dec 16, 2014.
